When I made my appointment I was told the process could take 2 to 3 hours. It was a Saturday morning so I was thinking my entire Saturday morning would be spent waiting for my car. I was wrong. Everything was done in just under an hour and I was very surprised and pleased with the work. Excellent work!

I was able to book an in-store appointment at 1:50pm for 2:30pm (on Friday of Memorial Day weekend!) to repair a small chip/crack on my windshield before heading out for a long trip. It was easy to do everything on the website - including getting clearance with GEICO. They took my car in about five minutes after I arrived and was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The repair they made is barely visible, and I was able to get on the road for the weekend, as scheduled. Very convenient!!

This store provided the worst Auto Glass service I have ever experienced. They lack basic customer service and after-sales support. I had a cracked windshield for my Hyundai Palisade Collagraphy SUV, and on the first visit @ 01/06/2026, they replaced it with an aftermarket glass. Their unqualified technicians failed to calibrate the sensors after more than 4 hours and rescheduled me for 10 days later to replace the glass with an OEM one, as they lacked the expertise for high-tech calibration on high-end vehicles. I wasted 4 hours waiting while they drove my vehicle for over 2 hours unnecessarily. Additionally, their technicians broke my dashcam and the original glass sensor cover.

I loved the convenience of having the technician come out to my residence to service my vehicle. The technician was prompt and kept in contact with me via phone & text. He was also kind & very down to earth. A big plus was he was well informed about the task being completed and was able To clearly relay that info to me. It was truly appreciated.

I’m a 60-year-old woman and I went on the Internet and scheduled an appointment for my windshield. It was so easy safe flight website is very easy to navigate and then as soon as you enter, they sent you a email confirming that you did everything right in the appointment and everything and then they call you to confirm the appointment . But the best part was the technician Marquise his uniform clean he looked professional he act professional he got the job done and you know what he did. I had shattered glass. He cleaned it up because he didn’t want me to get cut up so on top of doing an amazing job with the windshield and putting everything back that was on it he got up the glass. It was such a good experience. You’re not stressed out because they come take the key and do all the work and then call you when it’s done. Safe flight is amazing. They are amazing safe flight got this down to a science not only what I recommend them but that is the way to go And the price was not bad at all for the you park your car in front of your house and then they come and fix your windshield. The price was really cheap. This was the best experience I’ve had with the company because of that technici
